1. Definitions

4. Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Registration Process

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

n78bet accepts deposits via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

5.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

• Bank Transfer: Minimum Rp 50,000 per transaction, maximum Rp 100,000,000 per transaction
• E-Wallets: Minimum Rp 25,000 per transaction, maximum Rp 10,000,000 per transaction

5.2 Processing Times

Bank transfer deposits process instantly during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Deposits made outside these hours may take up to 24 hours. E-wallet deposits process instantly at any time.

5.3 Deposit Policies

• All deposits must come from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• n78bet does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or payment provider may apply their own transfer fees.
• Funds deposited into your account are for wagering purposes only. n78bet is not a banking institution and does not pay interest on account balances.
• We reserve the right to refuse any deposit or reverse a deposit if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Withdrawals & Processing Times

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your n78bet account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or payment method in your own name that matches your registered account details.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions before withdrawing bonus-related funds.

6.2 Processing Times

n78bet processes withdrawal requests within 1-4 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB). 6.3 Withdrawal Limits

7.2 Welcome Bonus

8. Prohibited Activities & Account Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the n78bet platform:

• Fraud & Cheating: Using bots, automated software, or any tools to manipulate games or betting outcomes.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account to circumvent limits, claim multiple bonuses, or engage in other prohibited activities.

• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes for legitimate deposits. Doing so may result in immediate account suspension and referral to law enforcement.

n78bet reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these terms. If we determine that you have engaged in prohibited activities, we may suspend or terminate your account, void bets, confiscate funds, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

n78bet provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or functionality of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, n78bet shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from technical errors, system downtime, or service interruptions.
• Errors, bugs, or malfunctions in games or betting systems, provided that we take reasonable steps to correct such issues promptly.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Third-party actions, including but not limited to payment processor delays, bank transfer errors, or internet service provider outages.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with n78bet services is to discontinue use of the platform and close your account.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance in your account, subject to the withdrawal terms outlined in Section 6.

11.2 Suspension by n78bet

n78bet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal behavior.
• You fail to complete KYC verification when requested.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.

In the event of account termination for cause, n78bet may withhold any remaining funds pending investigation. If the investigation reveals wrongdoing, funds may be forfeited. If no wrongdoing is found, remaining funds will be returned to you.
